The theme of the holiday is Boho beach style, with an emphasis on active recreation, including water activities: jet skiing, banana, parachute and more. However, considering the scope of the company's activities — investments in crypto projects and the movement towards the cyber-future, I have developed a unique concept of "Cyber-Boho".

The main idea was to transform the space: during the day, guests enjoyed water activities, beach holidays and a bar in a relaxed Boho style. In the evening, the space transformed into a futuristic cyber city thanks to an illusion show, light installations and atmospheric details.

This made it possible to combine two seemingly opposite styles, giving guests an unforgettable experience and an unexpected twist at the event.

I was approached by an IT company with the task of holding a corporate event that will bring employees together and create an atmosphere that allows them to escape from everyday work.

Description:

My main task was to create the illusion of a reincarnation of the entire location, so that 150 guests would be imperceptibly transported from the atmosphere of a boho beach party to the futuristic world of the cyber future — while everyone remained on the same site.

Task and challenge

Decision

I have developed a unique viewer route. While the guests were watching the show in one part of the space, an organized team of decorators was quickly changing the decoration in the other. When the sun set, the ice decorations activated, and the result exceeded all expectations. The magic of light and the complete transformation of space caused genuine delight among all those present.

A key element of the event was a quest with a symbolic lock, which the guests had to open by entering the correct password. This quest has become a metaphor for opening doors to a new future. The highlight of the event was a bright illusion number. The founder of the company came on stage, solved the password in an interactive show, and then something really spectacular happened: he "shot" at me, and I caught the "bullet" with my teeth.
